This Red Cross benefit event for Hurricane Sandy victims in the Tri-State Community is made up of two parts, an 8 course fine dining farm to table dinner and a silent auction.

                  The dinner is highlighting independent farmers, fishermen, and produce providers. Everything on the menu is organic and free range. 

                 The silent auction will take place throughout the dinner and at the end of the meal, the winners of each item will be announced. Bidding will start 15 minutes before the meal starts and will end 15 minutes after the final course is served. 

                 Our event will take place December 10th, 2012 at Costa Azzurra located at 72 Broadway, Milford, CT. Costa Azzurra is an Italian restaurant which was affected by the storm and sustained a ton of damage. The restaurant stood together and repaired in record time and was up and running in no time. Which makes them the perfect location to hold us a wonderful event.

Each ticket includes all food and paired beverages. 

The money raised will be donated to the Red Cross to benefit families who are in need the most after the storm.

A little about Chef Joe, 

Born and raised on the East Coast; born in Stony Brook, Long Island. He spent His entire childhood on the shores and waters of Long Island, and Connecticut. What most people don’t understand is how connected people are to these places. Growing up in Long Island he would always be fishing with his family on the Long Island Sound, and walking around the docks at Port Jefferson.

He said after seeing all of the photographs of the damage done and knowing that there are so many people just like himself who grew up spending their time on these shores who are heartbroken by the damage, he want to give back and help out the Tri-State Community.

'Together my chef du cuisine and I believe that even though this hurricane was such a tragic event, by hosting this dinner we will be able to bring people together, share our unique style of fine cuisine with the community and help the community in the tri state area who was affected the most rebuild and stand strong.'
